CCA Students Go to Washington

Every four years, CCA high school students have the chance to go on an amazing trip to Washington, D.C. A beloved CCA tradition of over 25 years, the trip gives students the  opportunity to visit our nation’s capital and see the numerous monuments and memorials that honor and document the history of our country. CCA’s  History teacher leads this trip, accompanied by other CCA staff.

The next trip to Washington is planned for June 2023. Parents/guardians are encouraged to accompany their students as chaperones. To be considered, interested students submit an application and up to 20 students and 10 accompanying adults are selected for the trip.

The cost of the trip is approximately $1,200 and is collected by CCA in six installments due in November, January, February, and March of the respective school year.
